Made-to-Order Products

• Produced specifically for your order via our fulfilment partner

In-Stock Products

• Items labelled "In Stock" are held by us and shipped directly

• Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes

4. Ordering Process

• Orders are placed through the website
• You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order
• A binding contract is formed only when your order is dispatched, not when the order is placed

6.3 Delivery

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors

7. Cancellation and Returns

7.1 Made-to-Order Products

All made-to-order products may be customised (e.g. size, format, framing).

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Therefore:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

7.2 In-Stock Products (Cooling-Off Rights)

For items labelled "In Stock", you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

7.3 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
• Please provide:

  • Photographic evidence

If confirmed:

• We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost

7.4 Incorrect Orders

7.5 Non-Fault Returns (Made-to-Order)

We do not accept returns for made-to-order items due to:
